Shipping Costs and The Shipping Rewards Program (SRP)

Shipping and supplies charges apply to all orders. Shipping costs are estimated on the website for most products. The shipping costs may need to be adjusted upon final shipping of your order. Once 5 or more products (exclusive of samples) are ordered we will provide an e-gift certificate for 50% of the shipping-supplies charges. The e-gift certificate will be available for redemption on your next order. They can be saved and combined for larger rewards.

Shipping Recommendations and Damages

Please check your boxes immediately upon receiving from shipping company. Make a note when signing for packages and take a photograph of any boxes that look damaged. If concealed damage is found take a photograph of damaged item(s) and box (if you still have it). Email the images and order number to shipping@hcframing.com within 7 days.  After reviewing we will contact you about getting replacements and pursuing any necessary shipping claims.
