Hand Crafted Framing accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Since all framing is made-to-order payment must be received before any orders are put into production.
Loyalty Program Rewards
Product discounts driving by yearly purchasing volume. The yearly cycle starts September 1 and ends August 30. September 1 of each year your starting discount for that year is set at one-half of your previous years volume discount. These discounts will automatically show up when you log in to the website using your approved account and are updated automatically. As you move from one level to the next we will send you out a notice on your new discount level.

Shipping Costs and The Shipping Rewards Program (SRP)
Shipping and supplies charges apply to all orders. Shipping costs are estimated on the website for most products. The shipping costs may need to be adjusted upon final shipping of your order. Once 5 or more products (exclusive of samples) are ordered we will provide an e-gift certificate for 50% of the shipping charges. The e-gift certificate will be available for redemption on your next online order or later. They can be saved and combined for larger rewards.

Shipping Recommendations and Damages
Please check your boxes immediately upon receiving from shipping company. Make a note when signing for packages and take a photograph of any boxes that look damaged. If concealed damage is found take a photograph of damaged item(s), shipping label and box. Email the images and order number to shipping@hcframing.com within 7 days. After review we will contact you about getting replacements and pursuing any necessary shipping claims.
Expedited Services
Most items are available. Guaranteed to ship in 2 business days. Add 30% to the regular price. At this time the site cannot automatically offer this. You must request this service in the additional information screen in the shopping cart to check availability.
